This post contains an Easy DIY Valentine’s Day Garland tutorial.
If simple, easy, quick and inexpensive are words you live for, this post is for you! I hesitate to call it a step by step process because it’s so very simple, so here’s how to make an easy DIY Valentine’s Day garland.

Here are the items you will need to make an Easy DIY Valentine’s Day Garland for $5:
- clearance garland – I found this circle garland in the colors I needed at a local craft store – or you can make your own with paper and string
- gold paint pen – I used DecoColor brand found at most craft stores
- cookie cutter’s in Valentine’s shapes (if you don’t want to free hand)

Choose the shapes you want on your garland and start tracing.

Or, if you’re feeling even the slightest bit brave, free hand some lips!

Find a place to hang your creation! Mine hangs in the dining room from the china cabinet.
