You have landed in the right blog if you are looking for a simple DIY Easter Décor Idea. In this case, I’ve updated everyday décor with a few inexpensive seasonal touches, and for about $10 created a beautiful Easter vignette.

Create a Simple and Beautiful Easter Vignette with Twigs and Moss

For this Simple DIY Easter Décor Idea I used the following items:
- large clear candlestick
- large apothecary jar
- twigs – free
- moss – bag moss around $6.
- Easter Eggs – $5-$50 – stick to your budget
Before you begin, collect all the items needed for this Simple DIY Décor Idea. If you don’t have clear large candle holders, think about what you do have that is clear and could hold the simple items listed like a kitchen bowl or canister.

Glitter Easter Eggs Twigs and Moss
After you’ve chosen a couple of items, begin placing the twigs around the outside of the container. You can purchase twigs from a craft store, or gather them from your yard or on a neighborhood walk. If you’re container is on the smaller side, choose thin twigs that are easy wind around the outside of the container.

Add Twigs from you yard to a clear container
When you are satisfied with the way the twigs look, you will add moss. I had a section of a moss wreath I picked up from a JoAnn’s clearance bin that I took apart. I would recommend an inexpensive bag of moss, found at most craft stores.

Now, you simply add eggs of your choosing. Because my glass jars had some bling, I used sparkly eggs purchased from HomeGoods. These were the only items I purchased this year, and they were $9. for 12 eggs, and a couple blush mercury glass eggs I bought at Olathe Glass last year (I love browsing this store every holiday). I could also see this DIY with brightly colored plastic eggs, glass eggs, or even candy eggs!
